Cancellation & Return Policy
Order Cancellation Window:
- Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
How to Cancel:
Go to My Orders → Select the order → Click Cancel Order.
Refund Process:
If you’ve paid online, the refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days after successful cancellation.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
Return Policy:
You can request a return within 7 days (1 week) of product delivery.
The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Returns are not applicable for certain non-returnable categories (like undergarments, custom-made products, etc.).
Exceptions:
Customized or Made-to-Order products cannot be canceled once production has started.
For bulk or export orders, cancellations must be requested before production and may incur cancellation charges.
